İade Politikası

www.catistanbul.com e-ticaret sitesinden gerçekleştirdiğiniz alışverişlerinize ilişkin iade ve değişim haklarınızı, Mesafeli Sözleşmelere Dair Yönetmelik’te belirtilen koşullar kapsamında kullanabilirsiniz.

İade Talepleriniz İçin

İade etmek istediğiniz ürünleri, ürün teslimat tarihinden itibaren 14 iş günü içerisinde iade edebilirsiniz.

İade talebinizi, ilgili ürünün sipariş kodu ile birlikte 📧 info@catistanbul.com adresine e-posta göndererek veya 📱 WhatsApp (+90 531 703 67 03) hattımızdan bizimle iletişime geçerek iletebilirsiniz.

İade Şartları

Aşağıdaki şartların tamamının sağlanması gerekmektedir:

• İade edilmek istenen siparişin, teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde gönderilmesi,
• Ürünün kullanılmamış, tekrar satılabilirliğini kaybetmemiş olması,
• Ürüne ait ambalajın, etiketin ve/veya kutunun zarar görmemiş olması,
• Ürünlerin, size ulaştırılırken kullanılan orijinal paketleme şekline uygun (strafor, balonlu naylon, koli vb.) şekilde kargolanması,
  • Kargo sürecinde oluşabilecek hasarlardan müşteri sorumludur,
• Ürüne ait e-arşiv faturasının çıktısının alınarak, faturanın alt kısmında yer alan “İade Bölümü”nün doldurulup imzalanmış olması.

Bu şartlara uygun olan iadeler işleme alınacaktır.

Belirtilen koşullara uymayan iade talepleri, Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi ve Vergi Usul Kanunu Genel Tebliği kapsamında reddedilecektir.
İade koşullarına uygun olmayan ürünler, kargo ücreti alıcıya ait olacak şekilde adresinize geri gönderilecektir.

İade Süreci

Catistanbul üzerinden yapılan alışverişlerin iadeleri yalnızca aşağıda belirtilen iade adresine yapılmaktadır.
İade sürecini başlatmak için lütfen WhatsApp hattımızdan bizimle iletişime geçiniz.

• İade işlemlerinde tarafınıza iletilen iade kodu ile ürününüzü Yurtiçi Kargo aracılığıyla ücretsiz olarak gönderebilirsiniz.
• Diğer kargo firmalarıyla yapılan gönderimlerin ücreti gönderen tarafından karşılanır.
• Karşı ödemeli gönderilen iadeler kabul edilmez ve tarafınıza geri gönderilir.

Ürünler, ekibimiz tarafından kontrol edilecek; hasarsız ve iade şartlarına uygun olması halinde iade işlemi onaylanacaktır.
Şartlara uymayan iadeler kabul edilmeyecek ve karşı ödemeli olarak geri gönderilecektir.

Ücret İadesi

• Kredi kartına yapılan iade işlemlerinin hesabınıza yansıma süresi, bankanızın prosedürlerine bağlı olarak ortalama 1–2 hafta sürebilir.
• Kredi kartı iadelerinde, tutarın bankaya devrinden sonraki süreç Catistanbul’un kontrolünde değildir; yaşanabilecek gecikmeler tamamen bankaların işlem süreci ile ilgilidir.

Return Policy

For purchases made through the www.catistanbul.com e-commerce website, you may exercise your right of return and exchange in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Return Requests

You may return the products you wish to return within 14 business days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return request, please contact us by sending an email to📧 info@catistanbul.com including your order number,
or by reaching us via our 📱 WhatsApp line (+90 531 703 67 03).

Return Conditions

All of the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be shipped for return within 14 days from the delivery date,
• The product must be unused and must not have lost its resalable condition,
• The packaging, label, and/or box of the product must be undamaged,
• The product must be shipped in accordance with the original packaging method used during delivery (styrofoam, bubble wrap, box, etc.),
  • Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the customer,
• A printed copy of the e-archive invoice must be included, with the “Return Section” at the bottom of the invoice completed and signed.

Returns that meet these conditions will be processed.

Return requests that do not comply with the above conditions will be rejected in accordance with the Distance Sales Contract and the Tax Procedure Law General Communiqué.

Products that do not meet the return conditions will be sent back to the customer with shipping costs payable by the recipient.

Return Process

Returns for purchases made through Catistanbul can only be sent to the return address specified below.

To start the return process, please contact us via our WhatsApp line.

• You may return your product free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo using the return code provided to you,
• Shipping costs for returns sent via other courier companies must be covered by the sender,
• Cash-on-delivery (collect-on-delivery) return shipments will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Returned products will be inspected by our team. If the products are confirmed to be undamaged and compliant with the return conditions, the return will be approved.
Returns that do not meet the conditions will not be accepted and will be returned with shipping charges payable by the recipient.

Refunds

• Refunds made to credit cards may take approximately 1–2 weeks to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s procedures,
• For credit card payments, the process following the transfer of the refunded amount to the bank is outside Catistanbul’s control; any delays are entirely subject to the bank’s processing procedures.
